About the project
Hosting with a local frame of reference.
Tooting Web Hosting is a pre-launch independent hosting project for small businesses and organisations that want technical choices explained clearly.
What it is
A simpler route through hosting, WordPress and website care.
The project starts from a practical observation: many organisations rely on their website without having a person whose job is to understand hosting.
They deserve a provider that can explain the difference between a domain, DNS, hosting and email; scope support honestly; and help them keep control of the assets their business depends on.
We are developing that service around Tooting and selected neighbouring parts of South West London. It is not yet accepting hosting orders.
Plain technical language
Explain the decision, the trade-off and who is responsible, without using jargon as a shield.
Truth before urgency
No invented uptime, customer counts, reviews, infrastructure or launch dates. Confirmed facts only.
Useful local focus
Understand how small organisations use their websites, without pretending every postcode needs a sales page.
Company information
Registered company information.
Tooting Web Hosting is operated by Softotic Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16371717.
Registered office: Beechcroft Road, London, England, SW17 7DP.
